If you had asked me three years ago, I would never have imagined myself writing a blog about health. Back then, I was an ordinary guy with excess weight, low confidence, and a lack of energy in my daily life. But everything changed because of a simple remark from someone close to me: “Why don’t you take better care of yourself?”

That day, I stared into the mirror longer than usual and told myself, “It’s time to make a change.” This journey didn’t begin heroically. It started with buying my first pair of running shoes and running just 500 meters before collapsing, gasping for air. At that moment, I asked myself, “Is this the life I want?”

From that small failure, I began setting simple goals, like running a little further each day, exercising more, and, most importantly, learning about nutrition—something I had never paid attention to before. I started experimenting, shifting my mindset, and gradually seeing small results that eventually accumulated into a major life transformation.
